Contact Brant is your Community Information Centre and is the first place to call for information about community services and resources. Also, use our Community Information website, www.info-bhn.ca
Contact Brant helps you navigate the many services and resources available for children and youth to ensure that you get the services you need. We complete the intake process so you do not have to repeat your story to multiple services. Contact Brant is also the place to contact when you need multiple services; we help coordinate all your services (community, health, and education) by ensuring services are wrapped around you with a single plan of care.
